A free 30-minute call. You describe the workflow, the frustration, and the ideal output. I map it against what Claude API can realistically do now.

I write a one-page scope document with the exact inputs, outputs, data model, and deliverables. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.

The system is built in Python against the Claude API, using real sample data from day one. Most builds ship in one to three weeks.

Before you book.

How long does an AI automation system take to build?

Most single-purpose automations ship in one to three weeks from scope sign-off. Multi-step systems with scheduling, persistent memory, and multiple data sources take three to six weeks. Every quote includes a fixed delivery date.

Do I need to provide a Claude API key?

Yes. Anthropic bills API usage directly to your account, which is how you keep ownership and full control of the system after delivery. I help you set it up during discovery if you do not have one yet. API costs are typically a few euros per month for small systems.

What happens if the Claude API changes or gets updated?

The Anthropic SDK is stable and backward-compatible across minor versions. For major model upgrades I can offer a maintenance review (paid, scoped separately). Most systems built in 2025-2026 will run unchanged for years.

Do you build automations with Zapier or Make instead of code?

Not as the core. Low-code tools are great for simple triggers but fall over on multi-step reasoning, brand-voice consistency, and persistent memory. This service covers the layer custom code is better at. I can still integrate with Zapier or Make as connectors where that is the right fit.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance after delivery?

Every project includes a 14-day warranty period for bug fixes. Beyond that, I offer optional maintenance retainers or ad-hoc updates billed by the hour. Most clients run the system independently after handoff because you own the full source and documentation.
