For Branding Studios

AI Automation for
Branding Studios.

Custom AI systems for branding studios and freelance brand designers. Lead prospecting, proposal acceleration, content pipelines, and asset workflows. Built by a brand designer who spent 12 years running a studio before moving into AI.

At a glance

AI automation for branding studios, in plain English.

JQ AI SYSTEMS builds custom AI automation for branding studios and freelance brand designers: lead prospecting, proposal acceleration, own-brand content systems, and creative asset pipelines. Every build is designed by a brand designer who spent 12 years running a studio and 1,200+ branding projects before moving into AI systems, so the output respects the craft, the voice, and the client relationship.

The Reality

What branding studios actually struggle with.

The bottlenecks nobody puts in a pitch deck, but everyone recognises.

01
Prospecting is unsystematic
Everyone says you should be generating a steady pipeline of new leads. Nobody has the time to research businesses that need branding, figure out who actually makes decisions, and draft a personalised first message. So it gets done in bursts, or not at all, and the feast-famine cycle continues.
02
Proposals are written from scratch every time
Every new pitch needs a custom response, but most of the content is the same: studio credentials, process, past project case studies, pricing structure. The first day of every proposal is spent copying from old decks and reformatting, instead of writing the actual strategic angle that wins the work.
03
Your own brand is always last in line
You build beautiful content for clients. Your own Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and newsletter sit empty for weeks because client work comes first. The studio that does brilliant brand work for others often has the weakest public brand of all.
04
Creative assets live in chaos
Stock footage, reference images, mood boards, client approvals, final deliverables. Across Dropbox, Drive, Notion, Figma and local disks. Finding a specific asset from a project two years ago takes 20 minutes and three tabs.
What I Build

What an AI build looks like for you.

Not a product list. A shortlist of the builds that actually move the needle for this type of work.

Build 01

AI lead prospecting system

A custom pipeline that searches Google Maps and curated sources for businesses that need branding, scores them 0-100 using Claude with your ideal client criteria, and drafts personalised outreach messages in your voice. Already built and running as an internal system at JQ AI SYSTEMS.

Build 02

Proposal and pitch accelerator

A prompt system that reads a discovery call transcript or client brief, pulls the relevant content from your proposal library, and drafts a structured first-pass pitch in your studio's voice. Cuts proposal prep from one or two days to a few hours, leaving you to focus on the strategic angle.

Build 03

Own-brand content pipeline

A scheduled content system that reads your own studio brief and produces weekly LinkedIn, Instagram or newsletter drafts in your voice. Built on the same pattern as the Camille OS and the Etsy-to-Pinterest bot. Fixes the "shoemaker's children" problem so your own brand finally gets attention.

Build 04

Client discovery and onboarding automation

A structured onboarding system that takes a new client from "yes" to kickoff without a single manual form. Turns their answers into a working brand brief, schedules the discovery call, and generates the starting mood boards and positioning notes for the studio to refine.

Build 05

Creative asset management with AI search

A simple local tool that indexes your past project files, stock libraries, mood boards, and client approvals, then lets you search for them in plain English. "Find the typography references from the coffee shop rebrand in 2023." Your assets, your machine, your index, no cloud uploads.

Why We Get You

This isn't a generic landing page.

This is the persona where the credibility is strongest, because João ran a branding and communications studio for 12 years before moving fully into AI systems. 1,200+ brand projects delivered across 40+ countries. The portfolio is at joaoqueiros.com. That is not a "we understand designers" marketing line. That is the actual day job he did from 2012 to 2023.

What that means in practice: every AI build for a branding studio starts from the inside. The proposal accelerator knows what a studio proposal actually looks like because João has written hundreds of them. The prospecting system knows what a good branding lead looks like because João has qualified thousands of them. The content pipeline understands that a brand designer\'s voice is different from a social media manager\'s voice, and both are different from a startup founder\'s voice, because he has worked at all three levels.

Generic AI consultants will build you a chatbot. A 12-year brand designer will build you a system that respects your craft, your pricing, your client relationship, and the way you like to work. That is the entire difference, and it is why this persona is the one João is most confident delivering for.

What It Costs

Indicative ranges.

Every project is scoped and fixed-priced before work starts. These are the bands most branding studios builds fall into.

From €2,400 Single-workflow build

One focused automation: prospecting system, proposal accelerator, or own-brand content pipeline. Good starter build for solo studios or freelancers testing AI inside the studio routine. 1 to 2 weeks.

From €5,500 Integrated studio system

Prospecting plus proposal prep, or content pipeline plus asset management. Shared memory layer, structured brief system, scheduled delivery. Handles a meaningful chunk of the studio's weekly operational work. 3 to 5 weeks.

From €12,000 Full studio OS

Complete multi-agent system covering prospecting, proposals, content, onboarding and asset management. Tuned to your studio's voice, pricing, and process. 5 to 8 weeks.

Custom projects start with a free 30-minute consultation. A precise, fixed quote is provided before any commitment. All deliverables include full source code and documentation. You own the result outright.

Process

How it actually runs.

01
Discovery
Free 30-minute call. You describe the studio, your current bottleneck, and what winning looks like. Because João comes from the same background, this call usually goes fast. I will tell you quickly whether the problem is a good AI fit and what the right first build looks like.
02
Scope + quote
A one-page scope document with inputs, outputs, brand voice references, and deliverables. Fixed quote before anything starts. If the right build is a smaller, cheaper one than you expected, I will say so.
03
Build
The system is built in Python or Claude Code using your real studio data from day one: a past proposal, real past clients, actual brand guidelines. The output is tuned to your studio voice, not a generic template.
04
Voice tuning
This is the critical step for branding studios. The prompt library is calibrated against your existing best work until the output consistently reads like you wrote it. More iteration time on voice than on logic, because voice is where these builds win or lose.
05
Deliver + handoff
Full handoff with source code, prompt library, documentation, and a walkthrough call. 14-day warranty on bug fixes. You own the result outright and can run it independently from day one.
FAQ

Before you book.

I work with brand voice every day. Will the AI output actually sound like me, or like a chatbot?
This is the only question that matters for a branding studio, so it gets the most time in the build. Voice is not a tone setting, it is a structured prompt system built around your existing best work. I load your past case studies, proposals, and published content into the prompt context, and tune against them until the output is indistinguishable from a draft you would write yourself. The voice-tuning step is usually the longest phase of the build. Because João comes from a branding background, the calibration conversation is fast and the word "wrong" already means something specific to both of us.
Will AI replace the strategic thinking I sell to clients?
No, and this is not the goal. The strategic work (brand positioning, naming rationale, messaging architecture, creative direction) is the part clients pay you to do. AI is not competitive with that. What AI is competitive with is the operational layer sitting underneath it: prospecting, proposal prep, mood board assembly, content reformatting, asset cataloguing, stock licensing. That is where the time savings are. The builds sit in the layer beneath the strategy, not the strategy itself.
I am a solo studio or freelancer. Is this even for me?
Yes, and often more so than larger studios. Solo operators have no support staff for the repetitive work, so every hour automated is an hour back on client work or on actually having a life. The smallest build (one focused automation, low four figures) is designed exactly for this size of studio. Most solo branding businesses start with the prospecting system or the proposal accelerator because those two unlock the most immediate commercial value.
Do your systems integrate with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other design tools?
Direct Figma and Adobe integration is possible via their APIs for specific workflows, and it can be built. But most of the wins for a branding studio are not inside the design tool. They are in the operational layer around it: finding the right leads, qualifying them, writing the proposal, drafting the content, managing the assets, tracking the stock licensing. That is where AI saves hours per week. Figma plugins are a different category of product and the discovery call will tell you quickly if that is actually what you need.
How do I use AI without compromising client confidentiality?
Every build is scoped around confidentiality from day one. Client names, NDAs, unpublished work, and unreleased identities stay inside your systems. Anthropic's API is zero-retention for commercial accounts, which I set up during delivery. For the most sensitive workflows (unreleased client work, confidential pitches), I can build offline-only tools that never send client data externally, in the same way the AGC architecture firm build works. Your client relationships are protected by design, not by promise.
I already use ChatGPT for some of this. Why would I pay for a custom build?
ChatGPT is excellent for one-off tasks. A custom build is for work you do every week. The break-even is simple: if a repetitive workflow costs you more than a few hours per week in total, a custom build pays for itself in two or three months and continues saving time every week afterwards. ChatGPT also cannot remember your brand voice across months, cannot run on schedule, cannot integrate with your existing tools, and cannot compound learnings from past client work into future drafts. A custom build can do all of that.
Who owns the code, the prompts, and the outputs?
You do. Every deliverable includes full source code, the prompt library, configuration files, and documentation. The studio owns the result outright. No licensing fee, no ongoing subscription, no dependency on JQ AI SYSTEMS continuing to exist. You could hand the system to a different developer tomorrow or run it yourself from a laptop. The outputs (drafts, proposals, content, leads) are yours from the moment they are generated.
